When you submit a pre-approval application I collect your name, date of birth, contact details, address, employment and income information, and — if you choose to provide it — your Social Security number. Providing the SSN is optional on this form; you may give it to me by phone instead.
Your SSN is encrypted before it is written to storage and is never displayed in full by default. Any time it is viewed, that access is recorded in an audit log. It is automatically and permanently erased 30 days after your application is submitted. After that point it cannot be recovered by me or anyone else.
Your information is used solely to evaluate your credit application and to arrange vehicle financing. It is shared only with the lenders and financial institutions considering your loan. It is never sold, rented, or given to advertisers or data brokers.
This site uses YouTube API Services. Walkaround videos on this site are embedded from YouTube, and a private admin tool uses the YouTube API only to manage videos on my own channel (setting titles and descriptions and changing a video's visibility when a car sells). It does not access, store or share any visitor's YouTube data. YouTube's use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, and use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Access granted to this site can be revoked at any time from Google security settings.
You can ask me to delete your application and all associated information at any time by emailing me. I will confirm once it is done.
